Shop Anton, also known as Anton Clothing ("we" or "us"), operates the website (https://shopanton.com/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon the arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service.

1. GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy. In this case, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to either wait for restocking of the backordered item or process a refund.


2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase, and this is the final shipping cost.


3. RETURNS

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns due to a change of mind if we receive the request within 10 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping will be paid by the customer, who is responsible for arranging the shipment.

  • Once the return is received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit. We will notify you by email.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

  • Customers must prepay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.

  • We will process warranty claims within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Upon approval, you can choose either:
    (a) a refund to your original payment method
    (b) a replacement item (if stock is available)

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 3-7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time
International shipments are generally in transit for 4-22 days, depending on the courier. A more specific estimate is available during checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
You can request a change of delivery address anytime before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Couriers cannot deliver to these addresses.

4.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order until it is available. Existing items in the order will be reserved.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds the forecasted time, contact us to investigate.

 

5. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment.

 

6. PARCEL DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your parcel is damaged in transit, reject it if possible, and contact customer service. If it was delivered in your absence, please reach out to customer service for assistance.

 

7. DUTIES & TAXES

7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the price displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Please be aware of these costs before placing your order.

  • If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the goods will be returned at your expense, and a refund for the goods will be issued, minus the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

9. INSURANCE

9.1 Damaged Parcels
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
