Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-10 day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

EXCEPTIONS/ NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your item, please contact us.

 

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
